Well I passed by Dick's Sporting Goods today and I got myself another Buck knife to add to the family. My 3rd Buck purchase in a week. I just got my first Buck knife earlier in the week, the 110 and then I ordered a 55 to go along with it (still waiting to receive it). But today I got myself a Buck Nano Bantam. Pretty neat little piece, I like it so far.

Here are a few pics since I know everyone on the forums love pictures!

Those little guys are very useful and surprisingly comfortable in hand. It is well suited to opening packages of new Buck knives. :)

We just had a new Dick's open about 12 miles from me. It's the first I've ever heard of anywhere near my area so I plan on checking it out real soon. Tomorrow is supposed to be their grand opening, so I may wait until the dust settles a bit.

Those little (and larger ones too) Bantams are pretty nice little knives. I particularly like the camo models.

Plumber, You might should try to make the grand opening as they'll be offering some good deals on that day. Sometime back I signed up for Dick's e-mail specials. DM

Better go to dick's and come back with a buck than to go to buck's and come back with a sore a$$.
How's the liner on that lil knife?

Dicks is one of the better sporting goods stores. The price on their Bucks is fair, but their fishing stuff is a buy only out done by Walmart in price, but not in selection ( Dicks has far more stuff!). They have a loyality card that gives you a $10 gift card for every $300 you spend, and if you but anything you can do a five minute computer survey that will get you a $10 off $50 purchase from your printer that I used to get Buck 110s in the tin for $25 each when they were on sale for $29.99 each.....Which NY one did you go too?

As a side note to the "trashy " comment on thier name....A store employee said in a joking manner how their sign has four different sport balls incorporated into their sign. He then explained they needed four balls since the name is plural "Dicks" ...get it?

The Roosevelt Field one is the number one sales for sales in the entire chain! The onlt bad side of that is they are sometimes sold out of things. I perfer the one on route 110 in Huntington as it is much slower and has everything in all the time.....
