i really like the orange g10 scales and black blade on the rat pack rc-4. i have tried to find it but i couldn't. i was wondering if it was a limited edition blade or can i still get it? if i can were can i get it?
 
no such thing. there were 200 rat pack rc-3's made, and most of us don't plan on selling. you might get lucky though.
 
you would have to pry mine from my cold dead hands :eek: plus you need to be a rat pack member ;)
 
well i don't think that i will be getting one anymore. but i think that it is the best color combo that ESEE puts out
 
is there a place were i could just buy the orange g10 scales? then i could just put it on a black coated knife
 
Unfortunately....or should I say fortunately? The scales are fitted to the blade. That's why you don't get that generic "close enough" fit that you get with a lot of knives.
 
They are not sold as options because each handles are fitted to one particular knife. Having said that it's close enough so the best way is to buy 2 ESEE 4 and then switch the handles :D
