Were can I find pullyes with 3/4 inch hole keyed

If you can't find them at a hardware store MSC and McMaster-Carr have them. Have you thought about step pulleys? It gives you somewhat of a speed control. If you what a 1 to 1 ratio go with a coupling.
 
I have a V/S moter I am going to put on my KMG
I have a MSC catalog I never thought of them.

I think you might have one of those 1-1/4 HP GE motors from Surplus Center.....?

If you do, note that they are 3650 RPM and I would use a 1:1 ratio on the belt drive. That is...say a 3" pulley on the motor and a 3" pulley on the grinder. I had one of these motors last week and played around with it a bit...nice motors!

Nathan: That is the same motor that I have with a speed control on my KMG. I just put a direct coupling shaft to shaft. Had to put a 1/2 board under the motor so the shafts would be on center.
