Sorry I don't have any pics readily available but they both were certainly produced.
 
Yes. I've found some of them on Google. Anybody knows here, how many of them were made? Was it just a sprint run?
 
No it wasn't a sprint run. If I had to guess I'd say a minimum of 1200 each.
