I ordered some items from west coast shaving not too long ago and I recieved most of my items in a timely manor, but they had forgotten to box up two of the items ordered. The day after noticing this I called them and was polite only to recieve a very nice phone call later that afternoon confirming that I was missing two items from my order.

The phone call was on a Friday, they shipped the two missing items on a Monday and included a written apology on the invoice.

I will definately do business with them again as after all we are all only human and we all make mistakes.

It is very refreshing in this day and age to find such a stand up company that has the high ethics that this company has.

Kudos to Westcoastshaving.com

It almost seems to me that traditional wet shavers value that old time customer service, and it makes sense that if you are going to get their business that you have to offer the service along with the product. I find it very nice that these online stores treat you like you are not their pay check but a customer they want to give the best service to. That hand written note says a lot about the company and who they have working for them:thumbup:

I have made several orders with West Coast and always experienced first-class results. Their prices are always good too. So, I don't even bother shopping around anymore; it's not worth the time and effort. I just go to West Coast.

Ordered a 37c--came in 2 days---$39--free shipping

Ordered a Futur yesterday--expect it will be here Tues or Wed
--$70.50 ---free shipping

They send you an e-mail when they ship and the USPS tracking actually works somewhat.

My Futur showed up today---not bad for being ordered late Sun night.

The Futur looks to be a very, very different animal than I'm used to---can't wait to try it tomorrow.
