Western Bowie Sheath

Years back I got a Western Bowie as a gift. It came with the wall hanging plaque. Included was a coupon for a swing-style sheath (for 10$ or so, I think) I never got the sheath, and I'm sure the coupon has long since expired but I would like to get one now. My question is can you still get a sheath for it? If so where and how much?

They show up every now an then!
I bought one several month's ago.
What price did the camillus quote you?
Must be new, old stock!
There are two types, one with a swivel, the other not.
The one without the swivel is an older item.
