Western brand knife help please.

Can someone share some info on this knife please?
My son gave it to me about 20 years ago for Father's Day.
The snap says Blackie Collins design.

I believe that would put close to the begining of the Camillus era of Western Knives. They were bought by Camillus in 1991.

Blackie Collins is a knifemaker and has designed knives for companies like Camillus and Gerber.
