Western Hunting Knives

Can someone like to post some information on the various Western fixed bade hunting knives? Mostly interested in info on models that were not carried on by Camillus, years made, numbers produced and relative rarity of the different models would be appreciated. Also if someone can point to a webpage with info on the models used by the military in WW2 and Vietnam that would also be appreciated.
