Western Little Finn sheath

I recently acquired a Western brand Little Finn knife. It was in need of some attention, so the leather handles were soaked in oil, the tip was reground, and a good edge was put on it. The one thing I couldn't save was the sheath, it was totally dry rotted. Does anyone know where I might be able to fine an original replacement sheath? I know that I could have a custom one made, but I'd really like to have an original one.

Not an original but an option I had to replace a Case Little Finn sheath and ordered it from Case.

That would work. What i meant by original is more the original style instead of the pouch style sheaths that seem so to be popular.

These show the "original" style sheath for the L28 pre-1952. Are these similar to what came with yours? Frequently, the sheath I get with a model 28 when I get one off fleabay is a replacement/substitution. I even had one occasion where a seller sold an L28 with a "not original sheath" and later put up an L28 sheath for auction solo, probably because he figured he could make more money that way. :(

Yup, that's the sheath it came with, but it was totally dry rotted. It basically just crumbled to pieces.

I've had several sheaths come in dry rotted. That and blades w/ no sheaths is what got me into leather working/making my own sheaths. My fancy-work stamping draws heavy vacuum, so they are all plain with no oak leaves and acorns to be more authentic.
