Hello I have a Western W49 Western Cutlery Bowie it’s one of the older ones with handle pins instead of rivets. Can someone tell n what the handle wood is. I’m have no clue and would like to find out. Thank you
Simply "Rosewood grips" is what was specified in the Ads from 1964 to 1968. From 1970 to 1986, it was advertised as being "resin impregnated hardwood". 1991 to the end of the Camillus years, it was "laminated rosewood".
