Took 5 hours, a far cry from the one in Sept. They removed all the parotid including the tumor. He has paralysis on the right side of his mouth. Dr said it will take up to 6 months to heal to see if anything will be permanent.

They will keep him until they remove the drain. I'll get some pics tomorrow.

I left him sleeping, tucked in and in no pain thanks to the great meds they are giving him.

He told me to make sure to tell all his friends he's doing well ;) That in itself is a positive sign!!!!

I am praying for your family specially during this time of year, it can be very hard. Last year my father went though colon cancer operation and he had complications. He is here today but it was a rocky ride last year.
