So I have laced my first sheath now I need some advice on water forming? I will post pics later today

soak sheath for 10 seconds or so, then wrap it in a towel.
wrap the knife in "press n seal" or tape it and wrap in cellophane.
after about 15-30 minutes, the sheath should be ready to slide the wrapped knife in and use your fingers to shape the leather to the knife. (If it hasn't been done yet, you can also dye the leather while it's wet for better penetration.)
Then put the whole thing near a floor vent or in a window that gets good sun for a day or until it feels dry.
Take the knife out and put the sheath back in the window for another day -- just to be sure.
when it's dry, you can oil it or coat it with a wax blend like Sno-Seal or Obenauf's.

Basically what I was gonna say. I'll just add that safety is everyone's responsibility, not just the guy's job.
