wet-molded leather sheath pouch for Victorinox

That is truly an amazing setup you have there! Some wizard-tier processes you have going on :)

Ha. Thanks. Not really much of a setup as it is a bunch of stuff I have squeezed into the half of the garage I have available.

I've seen your work on YT before and I was always surprised by the amount of tech that went into these videos. So your dayjob is "custom design services", does that include CAD work for cutting dies and making molds?

If so, could you drop me an email (my email is in my sig - if you're on mobile you might have to rotate screen to landscape to see it) - thanks :)

Thanks! I day job as a professional graphic designer / Art Director at an agency in Dallas, TX. I have access to and years of experience in the Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
I also toy around with 3D design and printing (and by "toy" I mean using TinkerCad ... not full-fledged 3D design or CAD software.)

All programs that are useful for drafting the patterns and 3D files I use in my videos.

Although I DID recently dipped my toes into hobby-level CNC machining. I bought a $300 Genmitsu desktop router off Amazon to make the engraved metal piece (locket?) for the sheath in this video:

Yeah it's weird seeing you post here, not sure why. You've got eclectic taste and I'm always amazed to see how you incorporate new kit into your work flow... I mean the sheer amount of things you have going on is wild.

Some genuinely clever and creative solutions you've landed on, it's fun to watch :) That spray bottle is genius. I watched an entire video of you sewing a plug into a gun holster, and I have zero interest in learning that.

As per my earlier comment, I'm looking to get a very simple wallet designed/formatted in a way (software) that I can then hand over to a maker of cutting dies. If this is a service you might be able to offer (or care to) I'd love to get a quick quote :)

Regardless, I'll still be watching your videos. They are chock full of useful tips. Appreciate that!
