(Wetterlings SOLD, Long Hunter still available) For sale- Wetterlings Small Belt Axe with 1.21lb head (basically the Wetterlings Wildlife Hatchet with a 10" handle as opposed to the 12.5" handle on the Wildife hatchet). This hatchet has been well cared for, the blade edge is perfect and is hair shaving sharp. I've already spent the time treating the handle with boiled linseed oil (what Gransfors Bruks does at the factory). Also, the handle grain direction and head alignment are good and this thing chops exceptionally well for it's size. Only used for preparing kindling and wood shaping and never abused or hit on a rock or knot, etc. The polish line on the one side is from splitting kindling, not damage. $50 plus $6.00 shipping

ALSO- I have a brand new in the box Cold Steel Long Hunter, which was Cold Steel's version of the classic Hudson Bay knife and made of 4116 Krupp Stainless and has a full flat grind. They are now discontinued and no longer available even at the Special Projects site. Future collector's item and a great cutting blade (I carry one when trekking). $31.00 plus $4.00 shipping
