Hey guys. Im new here. I found this in my father in laws building. I was curious as to what it is and if it is of any quality. the ony marking is usa.

Very cool design. Interesting that the bit gets thicker than the rest of the axe because of the cool design. Maybe this makes it a nice little splitter.
