I work in a warehouse (shipping and receiving) and have been using a dragonfly2 in my work rotation and like it. But after seeing the new wharncliffe delica I was thinking that a wharncliff dragonfly would be a useful cool and work blade.

What do you think?

The leaf shaped blade of the dragonfly 2 so closely mimics a wharncliff blade I'm afraid there would not be a very noticing difference. You could probably send your knife to a reputable knife sharpener and have your blade re-profiled to your liking.

The DF already has a short blade but the belly gives it a longer cutting edge. If you take that away, you will take away cutting performance. It will no longer cut like a big (little) knife.

I'd be down for a very lightly hooked Hawkbill/Wharny hybrid. I think it would be a useful utilitarian design.
