Just finished this one up for Blade Show West. Hopefully some of y’all will be there. Excited to be making single blades again after my last exercise in self loathing haha.

Outstanding! Elegant blade, unusual shield, minimal number of pins used, everything is so shiny, just great! What's the handle material? First thought was micarta, but looks more like wood. Blade axis is a rivet or it is a screw of some sort?

Thank you Alex. The covers are vintage emerald green paper micarta. The blade is peened 416 stainless and the blade rides on a bushing.

Another great knife from you- I need a Green knife  If self loathing ha ha brings about this very desirable and remarkable knife, then please indulge more😍 That pivot is a nice nod to Shadow patterns with the Bird's Eye many have.

Thanks, Will

Beautiful lines and the green paper suits it well
Thank you. The green paper is a big hit. Wish I had a bigger stockpile. This is the first belt finish I’m happy with. I may add some contrast with a polished swedge on a future build.
