Heres one I took to the Blade Show.
3 in. Damascus Blade, 4in. closed lenght. 416 fittings engraved in a floral pattern(American Scroll) with 24k selective gold inlays. File worked liners, and engraved spring. Bark Elephant Ivory scales. Pinned Bowtie shield. Comments welcomed..........

Steve, that is one of the most beautiful slippies I have ever seen! There is a lot going on, with the engraving, filework and gold inlays, but everything works together SO WELL!!

That trapper is stunning! I particularly like the engraved bolsters!

BTW, how was the filework on the spring done? It looks almost like it was stamped rather than filed. It is very subdued yet elegant.
 
I'm not Steve and can not even play him on TV, but the back spring looks to be engraved while the liners are fileworked.

Excellent work all around. The steel, engraving and bark scales all complement one another beautifully.
