As everyone probably knows, the wharncliffe style blade is enjoying a certain amount of popularity in both production and custom knives these days. I just picked up a new one myself, and relaized I had quite a few of them already.

My only one.

it was a reverse curve/hawkbill sorta of.

I took the curve out and convexed the edge and stripped it.

My favorite wharncliff is the Snody designed BM 425 Gravitator. It's a tough folder and the strongest linerlock I've ever owned w/ four pillar/standoffs that make the knife very stiff in the hand, meaning no handle flex when gorilla gripped. It's just a bad*ss knife.

Nice! I've been looking for one of those for a while, but since they went OOP the owners seem to just be holding on to them. I really wish Benchmade would re-release the wharncliffe bladed Gravitator, I have a feeling it would sell much better now than it did originally. :o
