What’s happened to the catch bit show podcast?

I live in Ohio, maybe I should just pop by Mike’s shop and ask him in person, really light a fire to get us some shows made.

Hello all,

Sorry it's been crazy these last few months. Yes, a while back there was a need for us to take a break. Mike has a lot of exciting things going on and he is the engine of the show. That said we needed to break to allow for things to calm down. During this time I've had some serious reflection because I too am just taxed way past my limit with life obligations. I needed to make more time for myself and my family. Outside of my family I have 3 major obligations. My career, my buisness and knife making. With my family I have 3 kids. A senior in high school, a 13 year old boy heavy into athletics and a 10 year old nipping at his heels in the extra curricular activities. Everything else has begun to wear on me and so I have decided to focus on my most important priorities right now. Unfortunately this means exiting the Catch Bit Show. I'm not exactly sure where Mike and Neal stand on continuing on but I have no doubt that if/when they come back the show will be as good if not better that it's ever been! I can say it's been an honor and privilege to be able to hang out with these guys and you all. I'm excited to see what Mike and Neal do going forward. I'm as much of a fan as you all. Thank you all so much for your support and understanding. It is greatly appreciated.

I really enjoyed that podcast, and I am glad it is back!! With all three hosts very busy in their lives, I am so thankful they could make the effort!! We will miss Jason, but will enjoy the future with Mike and Neal, and guests, I am sure!!

I think we can all say Jason that we loved listening to you guys, all three of you guys had amazing input, and I want to join the others here and Thank You Jason for helping us have something so exciting like the Catch Bit Show, Thank you for getting back to me the other day too my friend, I am looking forward to see your Knives break out into the Custom World, your Work is amazing.

Your decisions are great, we live life too much in the fast lane and trying to step back can be the hardest thing and I admire your decision, this simply means you will have to be a guest on the show talking about the Knives you have made etc. Take Care Jason and " see you out there" :)

Thank you so much Duncan and Charlie! I am blessed to have been able to get to know you both a little better via the show. I was able to listen this morning myself. Mike and Neal really did a fantastic job and sounded great! I'm a fan. I said all along, I really believe the show will be even better going forward. Just to be clear though, USMC = Department of the Navy. My grandpa was a Navy man. He used to refer to me as a sea going bellhop. God bless his soul. 😁
