I remember a ways back a forumite from Germany had posted up pictures of himself chopping away at a bunch of stuff with a Busse and what appeared to be a chef's knife of MONSTROUS proportions. Apparently it was a form of heavy butcher's knife.

Long story short I stumbled across this yellow leviathan while browsing Amazon for kitchen goods today.

The blue handled one was made by F Dick kitchen knives. I'm pretty sure this is the one.
