What a difference a day makes !

Well so much for yesterdays great weather, today we were back to the cold winds and driving rain that is so much more typical for fall over here !

I was in more or less the same area as yesterday but today walked the dogs along some fields in the hope that Snicker might catch me a rabbit !

It appears that rabbits have more sense than me and stayed warm and snug in their warrens while I battled the elements !
I was wearing my Buffalo shirt for the first time this year, the Pertex and Pile is a winning combo !

As there were no rabbits, Snicker had to find something else to chase !

This Heron was braving the weather as well~

Switched my knife up today for my Wohlwend Bush crafter, how am I gonna manage with all these locked away for 6 months !

Yep this is typical fall !!!

Yep it's definitely gross out. Supposed to be the wettest storm since last Feb. Typical weather for an atypical year.

So Pit, if you don't mind the asking, what clothes are you outfitted with? I haven't really found a system that works well yet. It's the one weakness in my gear at the moment.

Hey buddy, the top I'm wearing is by Buffalo Systems, I have quite a few of their products and can honestly say they rock. It's a pity they don't have a world wide stockest, once you've tried their stuff you would never go back to Goretex and other hard shells.
When I'm not wearing my Buffalo I like my wool gear !
