I need a new torsion bar for a Kershaw link tanto that's about 8 years old. I called Kershaw they told me that they still make the link and parts are available. They're sending me a new torsion bar free of charge. It was nice to speak to someone who knew what they was talking about. That's the difference between GSM and a real knife maker.

Very impressive….I wish I had purchased the Zero Tolerance 0500 MUDD when it was available yrs ago.

I have also had really good customer service from KAI.

I had a carbon fiber Leek in CPM154 that had early lockup that could be unsafely made to fail.

Sent mine in, and received a brand new knife that was perfect.

Yeah they will do that with the American made models. You don't see service like that too much these days. I can't say for sure but I think they will not send parts for an imported knife. I read that somewhere can't remember. But the link is made in Oregon. I'm satisfied

Kershaw's customer service is outstanding. Sent me a brand new Groove when I sent my old worn out one in for lock bar tuning.
