This is copy and paste of an e-mail I just recieved. To be using the death of US citizens , even ficticiously as a scam .

Let's take up a collection so I can fly down there and kill this sonofabitch.

Mr. Andrew williams, who here in after shall be referred to as my client, died as the result of a heart-related condition in November 2004. Since it was once controlled by the British, Malaysia does have a British legal tradition. There is a fair chance Malaysia would frown on this sort of activity. If a person was to print off the email, and type up a formal letter of complaint to mail the Embassy of Malaysia in Washington DC, it is possible they might investigate. Just a suggestion.

While it's conceivable this came from Malaysia, it's quite possible it arose from other sources hoping for a response via email and not snail mail.
Checking the "whois" on inMail24.com, it is registered to a company in GA and administered through Czech Republic, a frequent originator of these kinds of scams.

mark, do you have a gmail account? i like gmail since it has a really good spam filter. sometimes an email makes it in the spam folder thats not spam. it also has a filter that you can set up to filter out anything that keeps making it through. i just set mine up to filter out some stupid emails i have been getting even though they make me laugh at the sender who i think is mentally challenged and quite possibly a pole smoker.
