Hi guys,

this is a picture of my second buck alpha folding hunter. I took it out in the woods a couple of days ago and ain't it a beauty?
At -1 celcius, the metal is a heat drainer, but the knife itself is too beautiful not to be out there with me.
This is my second one and they are both reserved for my twin boys when they are a little older (about 16 years :)).

I think that is a great idea. The Alpha is an awsome folder.
Btw, your picture is not coming through...at least for me.

The Alpha is an awsome knife. I hope Buck puts that blade in a frame with full G10 handles similar to the Csar-T but with the standard grippy pattern you see on Spyderco G10 for example. I think Goose swapped an Alpha blade into a Bravo and got something similar to what I thinking about.

But back to O.P.'s point...awsome knife for a Dad to give a son!!!

Have two of the rubber handled ones and one wood handled one. One of the rubber handled is my some times EDC. It was abused during sharpening and needed some work.
