Here's a Katana from my ol' pal, the Master of Masters... the one and only Jimmy L. Fikes...

It's about the height of an average quarter-horse (at the withers) and forged from some sort of steel. ;) First one of these he made (#1... doh!)... This honey can do some serious, and I mean serious cutting! Hair-whittling-sharp along the entire length. Just insane. Enjoy!

jimmy has a big katana he keeps leaned up against the corner in his living room, lots of fun to handle. theres another out in the shop that was started, ive been hinting around with hopes that he would let me work on it and we both could finish it up.

could you post an overall pic of the entire sword?
 
damn, and I still don't have a Fikes knife......Jimmy, get well soon. Your fan in the Far East needs a knife......
 
whoah...i definitely need one of those...it would make me feel 100x of a man. hey Matt. you need to make one of those, too. :)
