First, let me thank all those who posted in my support.

Mike and Spark, to say I am disappointed in your behavior would be an understatment. Yes, the word cowardice does come to mind.

As you stated Mike, yes you could of handled this better.

It's sad when hidden agenda's are no longer hidden.

We are talking to Les about the situation. He agrees that mistakes where made and that they need to be addressed. We agree that we also made mistakes in timing. The point is that we are talking and as soon as some sort of resolution is made we will post it here.

Welcome back Les-
Now that you are no longer a moderator and therefore not under the control of the mind police, you can tell us what you really think!!!!!!! :-)

Now dont get pissy with me guys, just calling it like i see it.

Welcome back, Les.

Remember, the truth is out there. Some of us even know what it is, right?

Welcome back Les. Whether as a moderator, a purveyor of fine custom knives, or an advisor, your knowledge, patience and attitude are always respected and appreciated by me. Thanks.

Yeah I'm crazy, but what do you want me to do about it

Les: You have been missed greatly in your absence. And, thanks for your brutal honesty. It is a difficult line to walk, and, we all have agendas, even when we try not to-it's human nature. And, we are always free to disagree with one another. But, when I don't want it watered down, I'll be sure to ask you what you think.

Stick around Les,

Your opinions are valued on this front as are your business practices.

Les,

I hope you continue to post, regardless of role or affiliation. I enjoy your posts and have learned much from them. From all the posts about this situation, I believe Mike values your opinions and expertise as much or more than most of us do. That may have become obscured by all the hulabaloo and emotional content.

I believe we would all understand if you didn't continue your affiliation, although we would all be disappointed if you weren't active here. Whatever you decide, thanks for sharing all your knowledge with us in the past.

I hope to read and learn from your future posts.

A fellow knife nut.

Welcome back, Les! It´s unfortunate to see you in this situation. Your posts have been very intersting and lots of the information in then were highly useful for me and, i am sure, for the others too.
I really hope you do not stop posting but will understand if you do. But, if you decide to continue, don´t get "softer", keep following your old style.

Les,
Via this forum and other venues you
have increased my knowledge of my favorite hobby more than any direct "speaking" source. Hope you continue to hang around. I may not agree with everything you have said about people now and then because my limited experience has differed from yours, but I find myself a much more knowledgable knife nut because of the information you share.
Respectfully,
Gus

Mr. Robertson,
Thank you for the efforts you have made on issues that have, in the past, been handled with kid gloves.

Mr. Turber,
Thank you for the efforts you have made on issues that have, in the past, been handled with kid gloves.

It's amazing that it can all hold together. I am glad it does. I have learned alot here.
