Nature is a mother.... Sad end to such a beautiful animal. At least the critters got to eat and not bother the young deer.

Makes me wonder why people are anti hunting. If that buck were harvested by a hunter, the meat could have gone to feed a family many times over. The buck would have died a far less painful death as well.

Ouch!! Doesn't seem like there are too many quiet peaceful deaths in nature. I would sure have preferred a bullet or an arrow.
