Been a long while sense I had a weekend like this.
Started with me and my boss going on a Finding Bigfoot grid search. They were filming in the county for an upcoming show. My boss had spoken with a local bigfoot hunter who had all the info about it. We sent in an email and within minutes got a return RSVP. Guess they jumped at the chance to have local Animal Control there even though we could not say our job titles on camera. I had my SOB on my side so it might make it on the show. I know everytime I turned around we were right in front of a camera. So I can say I did not catch a Squatch or maybe I did, tune into Finding Bigfoot to find out. Got back from all that late Friday night and got up early for work Saturday. Work was a little more crazy than normal. Got home just after 4 and before I got in the door I got a call saying my wife had been hit by a car at autozone. She had been but not in her car,she was walking in and a guy got turned around in the parking lot and backed up into the parking space she was walking through hitting her from behind. I really thought her leg was broken. She was taken to UT ER and examined by their trama unit when they finally figured out that she was hit by a car and has a bleeding disorder. 10 hours later we find out she has no broken bones and they release her without giving her any medication for the bleeding disorder. We asked several times before leaving from them to call the Hemophilia clinic, they kept refusing. On to Sunday. Wife called the Hemophilia clinic who told her to get back to the ER to be factored. We did and they tried 3 times to send us home with no treatment. After 2 hours of doctors fighting among each other she got treatment.Got home about 10 pm last night. Went to get the police report today to call his insurance company as I was off today, not ready and the responding officer is off. She is OK but very sore, large hemotoma in one leg and twisted knee and ankle on the other.
So how was your weekend?
