I also posted this response to a similar thread in the Custom forum.
I called the fine folks in Arkansas and talked to a real person who acknowledged that the site is simply down due to a problem with their provider. They're still alive and well and making sharp pointy things. They have a toll-free number (888) 823-0023 for anybody who wants to check on an order. The gent that I spoke to was hopingthat the site would be back up within a few weeks.
