I would like the quality of them
I've discovered a site which sell them. http://www.laguiole-france.com
If anyone could check these folding knives too, it would be a good help for me.I would like to have your opinion about these knives (quality).
Bye

This thread on Rec.Knives stated anyone in the French town of Laguiole can make the knives and that the steel and heat treat were questionable:

Your ad was really well made, even if I think that laguiole is a great knife, some may think that's a brand of french knife but in fact it's a town of France and every knifemaker that are in this town can make
Laguilole knives. The only dark point is that most of the time they use poor quality stainless steel and I even think that they don't temper it.

Better off buying a Spyderco Laguiole, which I just happen to have for sale

I very much treasure my Laguiole knife that was given to me as a gift. I keep a hair shaving edge on it and use it in only in the best restaurants(well we have one anyway). Mine was made by the "C David" company. It isn't perfect, just flawed nicely. Side note: the english version of your website didn't seem to be working. I know, I know with a name like Juvet, I shouldn't have a problem
