what about the SOG GOV-TAC???

Hey, I just joined Bladeforums today because I need some insight from more experience people about knives before I buy one (I'm more along the edge of a poor boy knife other than the Ka-Bar) :) So basically I'm looking for an adaptable survival knife and the SOG GOV-TAC caught my eye and knowing that it's from a reliable manufacturer I thought to myself i can't really go wrong. Or maybe I can. I looked around on the net and there isn't much about the user's experiences with it...so does anyone here have any to share?? :D
 
I have been using the SOG GOV-TAC for 7 months now. It's a great knife for most purposes - survival, utility, defence. It has the classic lines, AUS 8 steel, and a great feeling in your hand. Any questions? email
