What am i doing wrong?

I took apart my sebenza 21 to clean and lube it, when i put it back together it has blade play and moves side to side when the blade is closed. also im pretty sure its not centered.
 
wow, cant believe such a small misstep can cause this problem. I was inserting the blade wrong. I was pulling the lock bar back and putting the blade in, not sliding it in then pulling back.
 
Pinched Washer.........!!! The thread posted by marthinus will guide you through it easily. Has happened to us all in the beginning.
 
Sometimes, the bushing sticks out from one end just a tiny bit more and throws the blade off ... if that happens, remove the blade, adjust and assemble again. There shouldn't be any light between washer and scale (both sides).
 
I agree Pinched Washer my good man! Everybody does it once, just don't do it twice and if you do don't tell anybody. LOL
