I am a hybrid of two Benchmade knives and 6 1/4" opened. My blade has been flat ground to be higher than stock.

Nice looking. How do you remove the thumbstuds? Blade looks like a 707, but closer to the 525. On the specific question, you look like a hybrid! :cool:
 
I knew it would take long. It is a 707 blade and a mini grip handle. I got bored this weekend and did this. It's kind of easy, just have to remove some blade metal where it hits the stop pin. It has solid lock up and I'm starting to did it. Thanks.

If you are referring to the stock studs, just take two #6 torks drivers and screw out the stud. What you see on the blade now is just a standoff with a 2/56 screw.
 
707? Cool looking. Yes, I know how to remove a stock set of studs. Standoff with a screw on the other side makes sense also. Thanks for sharing this neat knife!
