I'm sure all you guys can agree with me that Jerry sets himself apart, not only with his knives, but with his awesome customer service. The other day I ordered a Steel Heart and when I called Holli she said that she wasn't sure if they had one to ship and that she would get back to me on it. Well, I called abck today and the receptionist went to go check on the status of my order, when she gets back she says "Well, we didn't have any to ship (cue sound of heart breaking) so they're making you one right now" WHERE ELSE BUT BUSSE? Thanks you guys, I REALLY appreciate it!
 
I didn't think any of the knives were available for purchase now. Am I wrong?

Sounds to me that when the pressure is on, Busse Combat finds a way to come through!!!Way to go Busse team.....:D
 
I think that the reason that they made an exception is that I am on stand-by to deploy to Iraq, I'm not sure that this is SOP for buying knives.

I would like to say that I fully agree with all of the above, also let’s not forget Eric, he not only has to put up with all of us in the swamp. He does it obligingly and is always helpful. Thanks all.:cool: :cool:
