Looks like a mustard patina to me.

Lots of people on the Becker forum have done their own patinas, you can search there for the details. Beckers are carbon steel and come with a black coating. They strip off the black coating, clean the blade, and put it in various substances such as mustard that will attack the blade and force a patina. The patterns of this "stuff" that they put on the blade are what create the patterns in the patina.
