After much use I really discovered the slicing power of a thin blade. Problem is most locking folders come with 3mm or thicker blades. What are some locking knives with 2mm or thinner blades.

The Seki Cut Jess Horn types ,are ground pretty thin & were real good, fit & finish, too
AG Russell Jess Horn lightweight,in ATS 34,if U can find one
The AG Russell airweight one hander,in ATS is a slicer, too

Knifecenter has the Centofante 4 on sale for $31. It's an astonishing price for what you're getting.

Despite specs, the Spyderco military has an excellent slicing blade due to the full flat grind.

How about those folding utility knives that take the replaceable razors? Some of them look pretty nice, they're cheep and fold up like a regular sized pocket knife.

You want a thin knife, look no further than a Tom Mayo TNT. But if you don't want to go the custom route, then get a Buck/Mayo.

The Kershaw Skyline has a 2mm blade (as Sithus1966 already pointed out)... it's really nice and a STEAL for $35!!! Honestly, I would recommend it to ANYBODY! I recently gave mine to an occasional gas station/crappy knife carrying friend of mine who I stayed with while traveling... he commented on my Knive Reviews on YouTube, and was actually interested and had a LOT of questions! When I left I couldn't help but pass it over! That was two weeks ago, and I talked to him a few days ago, and he says it's the best knife ever made... I would not go that far, but I could not find a single thing I did not like about it! Check out my YouTube vid if you like!:
