What are some other knives with this style?

When I was younger my mother always carried a knife that looked similar to this, the Victorinox Alox Solo. It was a slip joint of about the same size and shape, with a similar blade. It had decorative brass scales though. The Alox Solo is unfortunately discontinued, but I would like to find something similar to what she used to carry. Does anyone know of a name for this style, or something similar?

The characteristics are a metal, very slim oval body and a single non-locking blade. Thanks!

Victorinox Bantam Alox, it's a very thin and super lightweight knife. It has a single blade as well.

I think that I would rather have a knife without any other attachments, so the Bantam is a deal breaker for me. When they add another attachment, they tend to push things to side so that it closes properly. In my experience, this gives the primary blades a weak point. Besides that, I like the simplicity of just a blade. It doesn't have to be Victorinox/Wenger, just something that looks like the Solo.
