What are the best books on khuks?

What are the best books to learn more about the history, use, and so forth of the khuks? I have been reading everything I can here and from the links on the HI website. I wouldn't mind picking up a book or two if there are some good ones out there.

I'm not aware of any books on just the kukri. I know two people who were working on books, but plans changed and life moved on. Spiraltwista has posted some great information in the past as well as Simon from tora. Simon is banned from BF, but has some good information on other locations on the web.

and i think by far my grail of all- International Khukuri Research & Historical Society (IKRHS)
