What Are the Best Tools For Intricate Shaving?

I'm going to be growing and shaving / trimming a large number of different beards and / or moustaches (mutton chops, chin strap, A La Souvarov, soul patch, Dali, etc.) over the next year or more, for a project. What tools should I get for doing precise, intricate shaving and styling? Any particular type of razor, clippers, etc.?

P.S. Less expensive and easier tools are preferable.

Thanks,

Mike

I've used a Dovo Shavette for a while, it works quite well for countours etc. IMHO
It works basically the same way as a straight razor, but with cut-in-half razor blades

An electric mustache trimmer and the thinnest head disposable razor you can find. I kind of just did this. I grew a little over an inch beard and when I took it off I did a lot of the styles your going to do. The little trimmer was great for shaping and a nice thin head razor to clean it up and get closer.
