What are the differences between the Izula and Izula II?

I know I am probably overlooking something completely obvious. Aside from the included handles, what are the differences between the two? Talking base knife only, not the knife kits or anything.

Yea. What I noticed. Small changes in the dimensions of the blade length and such, but overall the same.

Cool. Thanks man.

Just got the Izy II in today. Izy I was my second ESEE. I put some custom full scales on it (which I love.) The moment I put the II in hand... I was in love. Those very minor differences between the one and the two make for a hugely improved grip. The two is a refinement of perfection.

God bless,
Adam

The izula 1 I didn't like the handle feel,too short.The izula 2 is
a different beast, half inch longer handle and full length micarta
scales. The width of the handle makes it much more ergo friendly too.

Thank you all for the responses.

Now to find a dealer and order soon. Cheap, quick service. Any suggestions?

landserpunk, I ordered my first ESEE, a Junglas from Howe's Knife Shop in Michigan two weeks ago. I also just got an ESEE-4 for myself & a pink Izula for my wife. I will be ordering an ESEE-6 & a H.E.S.T. from him next week. Good guy, great customer service, & free shipping on any amount. My first order I talked to him on a Friday afternoon @ 3:30, & it was at the p/o office Monday morning. Give him a call, nice guy to deal with. Good luck.
Be safe.

not the least expensive, not the most - but I've had very good dealings with Robert at Patriot Knives on a couple of blades -- communication is excellent.

Dale over at TKC tends to have some very good prices on ESEE's knives. You can also try the Knife Connection (tends to be pricey I think.) Knives Ship Free is another good shop. Those are the three I tend to float around. My strongest recommendation goes with Dale though, really great prices and service. Free shipping too. (as does knives ship free, ain't that a surprise.)

God bless,
Adam
