What are the hardness ratings of Mora Bushcraft stainless and carbon steel?

I am referring to the 3.2mm thick version of the mora bushcraft and want to compare the stainless version vs the carbon steel version.
I assume they don't have the same hardness rating. I could find the rating number on their website.
Any help would be appreciated.
