What are the laws on balisong carry in South Carolina

I know you can own a balisong in South Carolina but I have know idea what the laws say about carry. I know full well you can not flip the knife in public (not sure why one would anyway) although I would say that goes for any state. I have not really found a definite answer, and people on here are generally quite knowledgeable.
