Well, here's my first attempt at Bacon-Tater Bowls...(I could get into this type of cookin'!)
The Greased Platforms...
Adding the Heavenly Flavored Pork Protein as delivered from Angels...
Into the 375degree Inferno for 30 (excruciatingly too long to wait) minutes...
Out to cool (WAAAAY Too Much Waiting?????)...
FINALLY...(I know it's a Mutt, but it
is INFI and since my wife made the AWESOME salad and grew the parsley, her knife get's the camera time)
TAG TEAM VICTORY PLATE (almost...victory plated right after the picture was taken:thumbup

The Bacon made my wife's salad even more incredible (of course), but it does take a little bit of artistic talent to guess how much overlap to wrap the bacon (I went too high on the second side wrap and I don't have any artistic talent

). The fun part is I get to keep trying until I get it right. If ya get a chance to try one of these bacon bowl makers out, do it. It's a little more work, but I can see how they can make a meal a little more "fun" and of course, BACON makes EVERYTHING better.
In fact, buy a couple for White Elephant gifts then steal one back and take 'em home for yourself.
