What are these and where were they made?

On eBay this morning there are four knives that I don't recognize, 371, 373, 375 & 379. They look like 300s with rosewood scales. Are they new? Are they made it the USA? I notice that the tang does not say USA. Are there more of them than the four I have seen? Aside from the rosewood scales what are the differences between a 301 and a 371?
 
I thought that might be what I was seeing. Renumbering knives like this is one way we can keep the source of a knife straight anyway. Buck could reserve the second digit for place of origin. X7X could always be China. X9X could be Taiwan. I think that might ameliorate some of the squawking we see from Buck collectors here on this forum.
