What are they thinking??? Decade Edition Gnome

Boker USA has the gnome listed on their website for sale. I figured that the problems with the DE folders can't happen to the gnome, being a tiny fixed blade. Upon closer look - it is a mess!

The carbon fiber is scratched - and pitted around the pins. The edge looks like it was put on by an amateur apprentice.

while im really enjoying my Boker Plus F3 despite the little nuances I've experienced..... uneven grind, problems with the backspacer, pivot loosens and had to add Loctite.... I did see these editions of several knives and even in pictures they looked bad.

I wonder how the Fox knives-made ones (Boker Plus Italy) are? If they're as good as the Maniago Spydercos, then pretty good.
