Thanks most of the collection has original packaging. This helps alot. I've been using all about pocket kniveseBay is a good place to start. Also buying a membership here so you can ask about them might be worth it just for the knowledge here, and if you’re looking to sell then of course you had that option.
In many instances you have to know what you got. Many knives are not worth what you want them to be. An example would be a vintage schrade old timer. Maybe it’s been out of production 30 years and you’d think wow $100. But in reality it brings $20 because it’s not in that perfect pristine condition a collector would want. So a user like me buys it. But a buck 184 will command well into the hundreds. If it was new in the box with papers? Maybe a grand?
I find AllAbout Pocket Knives prices slightly higher then what you find here on forum.( which are more realistic )Thanks most of the collection has original packaging. This helps alot. I've been using all about pocket knives
