What are you guys doing with the big knives?

One of the most remarkable things about Nathan’s offerings, to me, is the range of blades, from about three inches to 20 inches or more.

I’ve always used knives toward the lower end of that range, likely due to a failure of imagination. What are you with the big choppers (and swords!) doing with them?

I've also used my K20 to cut a brisket lol

I also use it to make cans more compact in my recycling container
