What Are You & Your Becker Doing On The 4th Of July!

Pulled my back out on Wednesday its still hurting so not in party mode and joining the festivities in this great country of ours. So just sitting around having a couple cold ones with friends. Am curious what other BF members are doing today and what's being done with your Becker's. Please show them off and HAVE A GREAT 4TH OF JULY EVERYBODY!:) Whoever posts the best pick gets this BK24 free. Just Kidding.:p Don't drink to much and nobody lose any fingers with knives or fireworks!:thumbup: Would like to see some Beckers involved with fireworks somehow. Maybe tie some bottle rockets to your Becker and when the light show is happening in your town and everybody is looks up at the sky light them off and they"ll see a majestic flying knife among the fireworks and become a Beckerhead for life.

The Tradewaters are gonna be here tonight......Beef and brews and Laughter.....A lotta laughter.....and tomorrow the Moose, Momma, Moose and the Moosettes along with the Crenshaws will be here for more of the same but, with pork.....A perfect day today...... Supposed to be the same tomorrow.......Gonna be a good night for a fire and some brewskis....... Fire encourages reflection and when the Trade is around.....Laughter....... Gonna be a good time......

Sorry to hear about your back Ulf.... Hope it gets better and, soon...... I cannot feel your pain but I can sure identify..... I am contributing mightily to my Chiropracter's children's college fund !!!!!!.....

Sounds like your going to have a great 4th and days to come Mr. Becker. Sure anyone and everyone is offering you free brewskis where ever you are.:) Love pitfires too myself. Saw pictures of the get together the Beckerhead's had that i believe that was at your home. Looks you all had a great time. Haven't owned your knives for long but had the BK24 for last 3 months and carry it every day and have a BK2 coming on Tuesday. Great knives. Thank You for everything you do. Have a great 4th and holiday weekend.
 
Thanks Ulf....I am glad you like my babies and happy that you give us some of your time...... Minnesota is a along ways off but Mayhap you can make a gathering sometime.......

That would be a dream. Knives are all i live and breathe anymore. Tennesse is along ways away but would like to come someday. Nice bunch of people looked like you had there. I laughed when i saw one of the pics had a tattooed girl holding a bottle of rum and it said she was never heard from again.:) Saw knife sharpening . Good food and drink. Looked like everybody had fun. Should have some kind of knife throwing contest though don't know if that would be blasphemous or not since none are really meant for that. Is there a Becker or Kabar axe? That would be more ideal i guess. Or throwing knife.
 
I wish I'd have had my phone on me when I did this but I sliced up a watermelon for the kiddos with my trusty albeit a bit rusty sadly BK5. Probably should have left that one coated. Oh well, nothing sandpaper won't take off and proper oiling won't prevent next time.
 
Good to here your using BK5. Still deiciding between 9 and 5 to get next. Wish you had some pics.:)I did nothing with BK24 sept cut a porketta roast up. Wish had some more patriotic pics to show. Flag from up above.

no pics, but my Becker kitchen knives have been getting quite the workout.
 
Glamping (unfortunately) on the Oregon Coast. My 24 is in my pocket and already assisted with dinner. The 9 is in the truck but I did use it earlier to clear away a couple of errant branches (fun times). Anyway, gonna watch a fireworks show on the beach in a few hours. Might be an ok time if I could get a pic of the 24 with a firework backdrop. We will see.
