Guitar. Also, building cigar-box guitars ( and other instruments). Bicycling. In addition to riding, I repair/refurbish old bikes for re-sale.
I build a variety of things, actually...I made an air rifle and pistol last Fall, and I've got a crossbow, an atlatl, etc.

Woodworker, salt water fisherman and hunter here.

Oh yeah, I play a little guitar, gardening, poker, reloading, gourmet cooking, marlinspike work.
Most of the other time I have I work :)

Snowmobiling, all though it has not been the best year for it. Hunting, cutting firewood(well I guess that is more of a necessity to keep warm), ATV'in, walking/hiking with the wife and 3 crazy kids in our woods, kayaking and canoeing, shooting and driving my wife nuts(my favorite!!!).

playing around with my cell phone, software wise. Fishing, hunting, shooting, archery, riding dirt bikes, and the best part is my two boys and wife all enjoy these too! I also love playing hockey on an adult league, just got into that recently. Had played lots of pond hockey but never on a league. I'm sure I missed a few things but most important to me is just to try to spend lots of family time doing these together.

Woodworking, leather work and playing bluegrass and blues on the harmonica are three I'm very interested in getting into, but haven't really gotten down to it yet. I have way too damn many ball caps. Used to be into comics, but the only ones I read these days are the Hellboy comics. I like die-cast low rider trucks, made by Dub and Jada, Maisto also. I'm trying to amass a good collection of blues cd's, pretty much pointless that I am getting an iPod soon. I'm looking for more obscure cd's.

Archery, Golfing, Fixing cars, motorcycles, building kitty condos, training my 8 month old Bernese Mountain Dog

Hunting, fishing, metal detecting for old coins\relics, motorcycles. These primary interests create secondaries of Fur Trade history, finding old pre-1900 bottles, learning more about local Flora and Fauna etc. It just goes all over. There is SO MUCH to do and so many interesting things outdoors that I am never bored out there.

Motorcycles:traveling and wrenching with them as well as local riding. Camping and general woods loafing. Lots of reading.
